When a vehicle is involved in an accident, the Corporate & Fleet Accident team will be there to help.

We will arrange a replacement vehicle for the driver so they can carry on with their business or alternatively we can arrange transport home.

Our main concern is the well being of the driver & we will resolve any side of the road arrangements as required.

Above & beyond the initial notification, we will arrange recovery of the damaged vehicle, provide courtesy or hire transport, provide a fully costed insurance estimate & help Fleet Managers, Owners & Drivers to complete any associated paperwork.

We keep in contact with all parties to provide information regarding the repair & we will manage the Insurer & Engineer on your behalf to ensure that the whole process is as smooth as possible.

When the vehicle is being repaired we use genuine parts, Manufacturers & Thatcham Approved repair processes at our Accident Repair Centres to ensure we can uphold our 3 year guarantee.

We provide an incident manager who will be responsible for the entire claim so the whole recovery and repair process is in safe hands 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
